Franklin D.R. “Bud” Cole Jr. 62, of Petersburg, passed away on February 24th, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Gloria Jean and Barkley J. Elder. He is survived by his sister, Jean Marie Stamos (Marty), brother, David Elder (Patricia), and numerous other family members. Bud was deeply loved by many and will be greatly missed.
