Frank Lowe

Frank Washington Lowe, Jr., age 71, of Chester, VA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 12, 2008. He was the son of the late Frank Washington Lowe, Sr. and Minnie Jane Swicegood Lowe. Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Lowe; children, Darlene Clark (William), of Hopewell, Cynthia Ann Harney, of Chester, Michael Frank Lowe (Ann), of Charlottesville; grandchildren, Jason Clatterbuck, Lunden M. Lowe, Avery A. Lowe, Sadie Ryan Lowe; great-grandchild, Jaycob Clatterbuck; and sister, Martha Jane Hall (Sherrill), of Greensboro, NC. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Saturday, June 14, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be private.
