Frances Gibbs Allen

Frances Gibbs Allen, 73, passed away on October 3, 2025.
Born to the late Wayne Gibbs and Frances Phillips, she was also preceded in death by her siblings, AW Gibbs, Randy Gibbs, and Sandy Gibbs; and her son, James Allen III.
Frances was born in Farmville, VA, and was a retired Chesterfield Guidance Counselor.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Allen Jr; daughter, Melissa Stiltoner (Juston); grandchildren, Tanner, Jordan, Kaycee, Kayla, and Jeramiah Stiltoner; and brother, David Gibbs.
A memorial service will be held on October 5, 2025 at, 2:00pm, at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
