Florea Dumitrescu

It is with deep regret that we share the news of the passing of Florea Dumitrescu, who passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2025, at the age of 74.

Florea leaves behind his sister who lives in Romania and his good friends from here and afar.

As many of you know, Florea was a warm-hearted person, who loved reading, especially history books, loved well informed discussions and also, he loved taking care of his house doing all kind of projects, his house was his oasis, his retreat.

He will be greatly missed by all, by every single one who knew him, by all our community.

Rest in peace dear Florea!
