Felix LoCicero

October 23, 1926 — April 25, 2025

Felix LoCicero, 98, of Chester, VA, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025. Felix was born in Tampa, FL, and was the son of Bernardo LoCicero and Margaret Monteleone LoCicero. He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Madeline Liccio and Nina Genco. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Pauline Elmore LoCicero. Felix was a proud veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army. He was employed by Allied Chemical/Honeywell for most of his career and was a member of Saint James Catholic Church. Felix was a man of many talents and interests. He enjoyed building and flying airplanes and was licensed aircraft mechanic and instructor at J. Sargent Reynolds College. Felix also designed and built several of his homes. Felix never met a stranger and loved to learn about new things. He also enjoyed dancing. Felix loved his family fiercely and was a wonderful father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his two devoted daughters, Susan Tardy and her husband, David, of Chester, VA and Nancy Daniels and her husband, Warren, of Hanover, PA; two grandsons, Jeff Greer, of Chester, VA and Layton Daniels and his wife, Kate, of York, PA; and one great-grandson, Henry Daniels, and his girlfriend of nine years, Marvetta Cummings. He will be greatly missed by all of them. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00am, on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Appomattox Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
