Everett Wesley Rice, 69, of Dinwiddie, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014. Born on July 2nd, 1945 in Wilsons, VA, he was the son of the late Daniel Branson and Edith Toney Rice. He is preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. He is survived by four sisters, three brothers as well as Sassy and Bullet. Everett is now safe in the arms of Jesus. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private with a memorial service being held at a later date.
