Evelyn Yancey Dail

Evelyn Yancey Dail, 81, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Dail Sr.; parents, Harry and Hazel Jeffries Yancey. Mrs. Dail is survived by her son, Kenneth Dail Jr. and his wife Kelly; two grandchildren, Steven Dail and Evelyn Dail; sisters, Barbara Lewis, Edith Barnes, and Helen Wilson and her husband, J.M.; numerous nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Southlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
