Elizabeth Camm Neblett passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, in Petersburg, Virginia, after a brief illness. She was 64 years old.
Elizabeth was raised in Hopewell, Virginia, and spent many years in Chesterfield County, where she enjoyed a life filled with warmth, creativity, and enduring friendships. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling Rives Neblett and Mary Nelson Batte Neblett.
Elizabeth is survived by her sister, Frances Rives, of Glen Allen; her nephews, Daniel and Robert Medley; and their spouses, Aubrey and Taylor. She also leaves behind a circle of cherished friends, including Terri, Heather, Valerie, Anna, Carole, Natasha, Latasha, and many others whose lives she touched deeply. A committed Christian, she enjoyed the worship services provided by Pastor Rocky at The Crossings.
Elizabeth was known for her bright and cheerful spirit, her boundless love for animals, her creative soul, and her infectious sense of humor. She brought joy and comfort to those around her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A graveside service will be held to celebrate Elizabeth's life on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg.
