Edwin ?Eddie? Merle Elder, 71, of Petersburg, died Thursday December 08, 2005. He was the son of the late Lawrence & Lessie Ford Elder and was predeceased by a sister, Corina Poole and a brother Elliott Elder. He was retired from Seward Luggage Company where he worked in production. He is survived by a brother Donald Elder of Saugerties, New York, nieces and nephews, and a special friend Charlotte Thomas.
