Douglas Glenn Thomas, 45 of Dinwiddie, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008. He is survived by his mother Harriett Jeannette Canter and husband, Archie Canter of Dinwiddie; two brothers, Larry Thomas â??Booâ? of Sutherland and Michael Thomas of Petersburg; sister, Joan Maslow and husband, Irvin of Chesterfield; nephew, Jordan Thomas of Sutherland and niece, Shelby Thomas of Dinwiddie and best friend for over 20 years, David Archer. Graveside services will be conducted 2:30 pm Friday, March 21, 2008 at Smith Grove Methodist Church Cemetery, Dinwiddie Co., with Rev. Carl Weavers officiating.
