DelRoy Brenizer

Delroy "DJ" Duane Jacob Brenizer, 54 of Hopewell, Virginia, passed away on November 6, 2025. He was a Hopewell High School graduate.

"DJ" is survived by his wife Donna; parents, Linda and Delroy Brenizer; sister Beth Brenizer; sons Duane "Alex" Brenizer (wife) Cassie, Dakota "Cody" Brenizer (Wife) Mikala, Kyle Brenizer (Wife) Heather; grandchildren, Lucas, Nathan,Paityn, and Rylie Brenizer; Mother-in-law, Lydia Bell.

He was employed at Honor Construction and loved woodworking and working on a small farm.

"DJ" was a devoted husband, a father and loving grandfather.

A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date, by invitation only. The family ask that no flowers be sent.

The family is being served by the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
