Debra Jean Minwegen

The angels came for our sweet Debbie on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Born in Bethesda, MD. Debbie lived all of her life in Northern Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Capt. Arthur Minwegen and Jennie Minwegen; brother, Art Minwegen, Jr. She is survived by her sisters, Cathy Lindsey (Jim), and Marti Minwegen; nieces, Melanie Lindsey and Crystal Minwegen Andrikus (Scott); and nephew, Russell Lindsey (Jihye). Debbie worked for the Goodwill Industries in various locations. She was our beloved shining star. She loved being with friends, rooting for the Redskins, dancing, swimming, bowling, having her picture taken and traveling, especially in airplanes. Thank you to all who loved and cared for her.
