Debbie Kepley

Debbie Lee (Sutton) Kepley went home to her Lord and Savior on March 19, 2025, at the age of 73. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Debbie's gentle love touched the lives of all who knew her.

Debbie was born to Frank and Ruby Sutton, on May 16, 1951, in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Debbie went on to meet her husband, Ken Kepley, in 1967 at their high school in Elk City, OK. They married in 1969 and went on to have two children, Kristy and Tina. Ken and Debbie enjoyed fifty-five joyous and memory filled years together.

Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Sutton; her father, Frank Sutton; her brother, Todd Sutton; her youngest daughter, Tina Kepley; and granddaughter, Kyla. She is survived by her husband, Ken Kepley; her eldest daughter, Kristy Miles (Tom); three granddaughters, Jenna Miles, Erin Miles, and Mya Jasper; and her dog, Bella.

The family will receive friends and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Unity Baptist Church, 4951 Mt Sinai Rd, Prince George, VA 23875, with Pastor Chris Jenkins officiating.
