Constance Gigliotti Mueller

Constance Gigliotti Mueller, 67, of Chester, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013. She was retired from the city of Petersburg Department of Social Services after over thirty years of dedicated service. Mrs. Mueller is preceded in death by her parents, Frank J. and Constance Fitzgerald Gigliotti. She is survived by her loving husband, William Mueller; children, Teresa Mueller, William D. Mueller, Melinda Boisseau and her husband, Eric, Tamara Brockwell and her husband, Bruce, Amy Sink, Mark W. Mueller and his wife, Christine, and Katie Mueller; eight grandchildren, Ashleigh, Zack, E.J., Will, Jack, Sheaden, Bryson, and Samantha “Samcey”; sister, Starnell “Punky” Franklin and her husband, Howard; brother, Frank Gigliotti and his wife, Carol; numerous nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Enon Baptist Church, with the Rev. Michael Moore officiating.
