Constance Evelyn Hubbard

Constance E. Hubbard, 93, of Henrico, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Pearl Fuller Fones; and her husband, Hessie Hubbard. Constance is survived by two daughters, Brenda Wright and Barbara West; three sons, Linwood Nottingham, Robbie Nottingham and Frank Nottingham; sister, Doris McCall; niece, Gail Harper; great-niece, Karen Harper Skelton and numerous grandchildren.
