Charles Edward Spence Sr., 69, of Chester passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2012. He was the son of the late, Robert and Ruth Spence. He is survived by his devoted fiance’, Michele Whitman; sons, Charles E. Spence, Jr., George T. Spence; grandchildren, Thomas, Madison and Macey Spence; brothers, William and Robert Spence.
