Our little Angel Charles Keagan Osborne went to be one of Godsâ?? Angels on Sunday April 12, 2009. He was the son of Amber L. Schipper and Charles E. Osborne. He is survived by his grandmothers, Darlene Schipper, Deborah Osborne, aunts, Julie & Shannon Schipper, Sherry Travis & husband Wayne, uncles, Bobby Osborne, Dave Terry, cousins, Jordyn & Josee Osborne, great grandparents, Bill & Delores Smithson, and godparents, Chris Wyatt & Amber Parker. A memorial service will be held at the Southside Baptist Church 2007 Boydton Plank Road Petersburg, Virginia on Saturday April 18, 2009 at 6:00 PM. Flowers may be sent to the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Condolences may be registered at
