Beverley Roper Myhre. Petersburg/Chester, VA—Beverley Roper Myhre, 76, passed peacefully with family by her side on December 25, 2013, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was predeceased by her husband, John, and her parents, Bartlett and Victoria T. Roper. Left to cherish her memory are her twin brother, Bartlett Roper, Jr; nieces, Victoria Roper Hill and Lauren Roper Newman; and nephews, Bart and Mark Roper. She will always be remembered as someone who put others needs before her own, both people and animals. She was an active member of her church and various charities. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, December 30, 2013, at 2:00 pm at Christ & Grace Episcopal Church, 1545 S. Sycamore Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23805, with burial to follow at Blandford Cemetery, 319 South Crater Road. Funeral arrangements by J.T. Morriss & Son, 103 S.
