Barbara A. Coleman

Barbara A. Coleman passed away on December 28, 2025. She was born in Emporia, VA, on February 10, 1932, to the late William C. Gay, Sr. and Alma Norwood Gay.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Coleman; her first husband, Horace Clayton, Jr.; her mother, Alma Norwood Gay; her father, William C. Gay, Sr.; her sisters, Christine Smith and Elizabeth Procise; and her brother, William C. Gay, Jr.

She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Barbara retired from West End Pharmacy. She is survived by her niece, Alma Jean Smith; and her great-niece, Sierria Smith.

To honor her wishes, all services will be private.
