Arlinda Mondejar

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Arlinda Mondejar, who passed away at the age of 77. Arlinda was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Facunda Millan. She is survived by her two sons, Gerald Mondejar and Donald Mondejar and wife, Dorreen; six grandchildren, Kayleigh Elbourn and husband, Bruce, Mercedes Leonard and husband, Josh, Tiffany White, Brittany Elmore and husband, Joe, Kaitlyn Ellis-Mondejar and husband, Cameron and Colby Mondejar; and eight great-grandchildren. Arlinda will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering love for her family, and her warm spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at St. Ann Catholic Church, with Fr. Ernest Bulinda, celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery, Chester, VA. A reception will be held at the church following the graveside committal service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Monday, September 1, 2025, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
