Andrew Leibert

Andrew Jackson â??Jackâ? Leibert, 75, of Petersburg, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011. Born in Dinwiddie County, he was the son of the late Stanley E. and Bessie Gibbs Leibert. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Petersburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Stanly E. Leibert. He is survived by his daughters, Jacqueline Short and husband, Chuck and Belinda Joyner; grandchildren, Jeffrey M. Glass, Jr. and fiancé, Betsy Grant, Joshua M. Glass, his fiancé and special friend to Mr. Leibert, Aly Aderholt, and Charles R. Short. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Southlawn Memorial Park with The Reverend Robert Byrd Dawson officiating.
