Alice D. Frashure

Alice D. Frashure, 86, of Chester, VA, passed away on December 23, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Larry K. Frashure; her beloved son, Larry S. “Rusty” Frashure; her sister, Betty Bennett; and her brothers, Chuck, Roy, and Dick Dixon.

Alice is survived by her sons, Todd (Kim), Bob (Jade), and Ronnie (Kelly); grandsons, Justin (Erica), Adam (Savannah), Aaron (Christiana), and Dillon Frashure; granddaughters, Allison Kate Frashure Dixon (Michael) and Stacy Rogowski (Shawn); as well as, six great-grandchildren; and her brother, Homer Dixon.

 A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 11:00am, with Charles “Buck” Palmer officiating, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour prior for visitation. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, in Chester, VA.

 Flowers are welcome, as are donations made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
