    William David Turner, 58, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Thursday February 25, 2010. He was preceded in death by his father, William Saunders Turner and his father-in-law, Clarence â??Hound Dogâ? Williams. He was employed as a Pipe Fitter/Welder by Warwick Plumbing & Heat for 10 years, and was employed by Plumbers & Steam Fitters Union # 10 for 39 Years, was a deacon at Smyrna Baptist Church for 30 years, and loved to do yard work. He is survived by his loving wife Peggy W. Turner, daughter; Brandy T. Perkinson & husband, Jerry of Church Road, son: William Carey Turner & wife, Amy, of Tappahannock, grandchildren: Kristin & William Caleb Turner, Brooke Turner Bishop, Colin Perkinson, mother: Hildrian Ann Suttle, numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a lifetime friend David Slayden of Richmond. A memorial service will be held at Smyrna Baptist Church, at 2:00 PM Sunday with Pastor Robert Roland officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Smyrna Baptist Church Building Fund, 18725 Carson Road Dinwiddie, Virginia 23841. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com
