Joyce Ann Eubank, 72, of Chesterfield, VA, passed away on July 3, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Otis and Agnes Wright. She was also preceded in death by her loving companion, Ray Shockley; and her sister, Patsy Warren. Joyce loved gardening, fishing, and was a huge animal lover. She enjoyed spending her time with her faithful dogs and was a loving caregiver to many in need in their last moments. She was a born again believer in Jesus Christ. Joyce is survived by her children, Angelique Schmidt (Joe) and Walter S. Walker, Jr. (Kathy); her grandchildren, Christopher Schmidt, Jonathan Schmidt, Devin Walker, Joseph Chewning, Jr. and Morgan Chewning; great-grandchildren, Kameron Woods and Nevaeh Jones; brothers, Raymond Wright (Sue) and Butch Wright (Pat); niece, Shelia Albert; and aunt, Josephine Johnston. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation before the service, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park.
