Hertha Ohler McDaniel, 88, of Hopewell, VA passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany she was the daughter of the late Heinrich and Elizabeth Dewalt Ohler; and was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald L. McDaniel, and four siblings. She is survived by her loving two daughters, Debbie Cellucci (Stephen) and Trish McDaniel; a grandson, Joshua Cellucci (Natasha); three great-granddaughters, Juliet, Noelle and Madeline Cellucci. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29 2022, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA.
